FULL payment must be made prior to or on first session. If a class is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, 1 makeup class will be allowed depending on availability.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

INDOOR BOOTCAMP

Intervals, Full Body Muscle Conditioning, Timed Stations and a whole lotta SWEAT!!! All levels welcome as you can pace yourself.

 

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Same as above but in the great outdoors of Muskoka!!! Tire flipping and drags are a popular past time in this class.
(Offered May-August only)

 

FAT BLAST

Group-style format that focuses on Body Weight exercises and High Intensity Intervals to get your heart pumping and fat blasting! You'll finish off with Core and Abs at the end of class followed by a gentle stretch. A class you won't want to miss!

 

ABS & BUTT

Your booty and 6-pack will thank us! This 45 min. class is jam-packed with circuit-style exercises to target your buns and abs. All levels welcome and a great class to start with at BBD.

 

MOMS & TOTS

Amazing 45 min. class for all new Mommies and babes. Get a full body workout and target those Mommy areas back into shape. Interactive for Baby, too, in a like-minded and supportive environment.

 

SENIORS: FITNESS & STRETCH

Get moving with a small & intimate group of individuals your age. You will sweat, stretch and prove age is just a number!
