"Coach Erin, I can’t say enough about my experience with the 90 Day Challenge that we just completed. I’ll confess at the beginning, I wanted to be optimistic about losing 15 lbs., but practically speaking I didn’t know how it would be possible, as I felt like I watched my food and ate healthy (which I did, but learned it was just too much food…still limits to good food).There was tonnes of information, and I learned new things every week. I enjoyed the daily workouts you sent (invaluable during our CoVid lockdown) as I couldn’t get in to you at the gym. Having you there for information and support was awesome. Some things were really tough (but more manageable now), i.e. trying to shift my Macros from being very high carb to a more balanced Protein, fat and Carb breakdown), but really found the tracking (before I ate it) helped me be able to still enjoy my wine & occasional desserts. This was really key to learn how to balance on a week sometimes and let the day happen (like Easter, etc.) , I didn’t feel deprived and feel like I can now take on a new goal now that I had not let myself ever really think was possible…but now I do. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much I got out of the 90 day fitness challenge. I have always considered myself someone who eats a healthy diet and is active and exercises regularly, but I was not seeing the results that I wanted too.
I learned so much about portion size per food group and choosing the right foods. I have completely transformed my diet and I find that the meals that I'm eating now sustain me so much longer, which has pretty much eliminated my impulsive snacking in between meals. The workouts that we've been doing are amazing and I'm happy to say that I've noticed the results. I feel more energized, stronger, and more toned. I've lost some inches too!! I can't thank you enough for such a great program!!
